The Hotel Zum Kaiser offers the ideal setting for conferencing, banqueting and celebrations.

Our spacious Conference Room is a modern indoor facility and can seat a maximum of 40 delegates.

Seating arrangements are possible in Classroom Style, U-Shape and Cinema Style with rectangular tables and comfortable chairs.

The private Boardroom is ideal for smaller workshops and business meetings, and can accommodate 10 delegates.

Equipment Available: Projector, Flip Chart, Podium, White Board, Wireless Internet

Additional Facilities arranged per request: PA system, Projector for Boardroom

Catering: Coffee/Tea Breaks, Refreshments and set menus for Lunch can be arranged to meet your exact requirements. Business Luncheons or Breakfast Meetings can be facilitated at the on-site Bistro Zum Kaiser.

The on-site Bistro Zum Kaiser is the perfect venue for private Birthday Parties, Luncheons or exclusive Business Functions. Our Food and Beverage Manager and his Team of Chefs will assist in choosing the perfect menu and ambiance that suits your guests.

Our Conference Venue can accommodate up to 60 delegates and can be utilised for Weddings, Themed Parties, Birthday Celebrations or Business Functions.
